Objectives:

Department of Environmental Health is actively involved in:

-          Undergraduate education (Associate Diploma and BSc. Degrees in Environmental Health)

-          Expanding knowledge of environmental sciences in the community through conducting oriented research projects.

The graduates have the following roles and capabilities:

- Designing and performing projects on transmission, purification and distribution of water.

-  Identifying chemical and bacteriological water contaminants.

-  Presenting methods for wastewater treatment.

-  Training sanitation issues in small and large communities.
